Hi hiiii! I’m Cookie. I’m a 1.5 year old, brindle beauty, retired racer, now full-time love bug. I tested cat friendly (gold star for me!), though I don’t live with any right now. Outdoor squirrels and rabbits? I stand at attention and watch them like it’s the greatest show on earth. I love EVERYONE I’ve met so far; grown-ups, kids, other dogs. I’m doing well on leash and sometimes pause just to soak in this big, exciting world. There is so much to sniff! My specialty is cuddling. I’ll pull you in with my caramel eyes, roll over for belly rubs, and wrap myself around you like a brindle croissant. I tuck my head in your lap for neck scratches, and a good rear rub is pure heaven. I might even try to sit in your lap. I eat well, sleep well, and have the tiniest adorable snore. I’m curious, smart, and learning my basic commands. I love squeaky toys and chewing my bone. I’ve got some happy puppy energy and would thrive in a home where my people are around a lot.
